You can expect to lose weight, hopefully!
When I switched zyprexa to geodon I also had a lot of trouble sleeping after that.

how large is the risk of relapse?
For me geodon didn’t work out, but there are a lot of people who love it. Maybe you will too…

well this was as huge mistake, not only did i gain weight, i became delusional
went back t zyprexa, things are ok i think

I think you need to give some time until you get adjusted and just taper very slowly switching one med to another - over a 1-2 month period depending on your dosage?
Yeah geodon made me very delusional, switched to zyprexa, now I’m fine. Bit of negative and cognitive symptoms but there’s not much for those.
I loved Geodon - I was in the best condition on that med BUT it gave me sleep problems so had to switch.
You should be careful about taking more than 1 AP at a time, I took a new med before I let the previous one leave my system and it was extremely painful mentally, I nearly screamed.
