Self Talk=the most important thing we can do to better our lives.

90% of what we think and act upon is subconscious, which is out of our control. BUT we CAN purposely purify our conscious minds with new, positive self-talk, words of faith/inspiration, and meditation. We can use these tools to be happy in each and every situation. For example, I made it a habit to start smiling while I was suffering. It takes the power out of suffering by infusing happiness INTO it. If you dilute suffering with enough happiness, it’s no longer suffering!

I start with a few Power Thoughts every morning:

“Something great will happen to me, and through me, today!”
“I’m an amazing person and an amazing friend.”
“I love myself and I love all of humanity.”
“I will be joyful every single day of my life!”

And remember, suffering cannot possibly last forever. There is recovery :sunny:
