does anyone think this spiritual vibration talk is real? can you “raise” your vibration?
Is that what the bright white orbs comunicate to us with?
If that’s what it is, I’ve communicated, well, more like listened,to one talk to me before.
It turned out to be my aunt that had died in a car crash. She said things that made sense. It was a good experience.

it could be. i’ve never experienced one myself but yeah i’ve heard of orbs in that sense
I’m thinking along the lines of what could be considered high vibration and low vibration.
For example someone told me today that emotions like anger, fear, sadness are low vibration and that through hypnosis
they can clear out stuck patterns of energy/belief which causes the schizophrenic symptoms as a coping mechanism.
Then things are meant to be lighter/clearer.
I’m reluctant to believe them, though I am interested in exploring the terminology more and if/how it applies to schizo.
If something like that actually worked, the big pharmaceutical companies would have patented it and sold it to us.
