My treatment team endeavors to show me cognitive distortions and I think they have one it kinda goes like I’m right all the time and ur wrong all the time there fore we appoint ourselves as ur reprover

Yeah sounds about right. I get told the same by my pyschiatrist, pyschcologist, pysch tech, and wife tell me they are right I am wrong but respect the fact to me it’s all real. So I’m trying to see it from their point to maybe I can understand them. I believe them from their point of view, but I believe my reality more.
