Schizophrenic diet. need help for some of it

I am doing research of what to eat and not to eat for my condition. I realized some foods that mental episodes.

So far I got eat high omega 3. Which I’ll take a supplement for since I hate sea food.

Berries apples and such like that. Oranges or natural juices.

High fibre in the mornings.

Reduce sugar, no caffine and no gluten. So no beer and alot of good foods I like.

No fried foods and no potatoes.

Any foods I should avoid that’s not on the list?

Anyone thoughts on carbs? I heard alot is bad too.

I’ll tedt it out next week and I’ll let you know my progress. I hear alot in my head telling me to go to the hospital over 30 times a day and some yelling.

Also have to start exercise. Which I’ll start mid March.

Any tips on diets and such let me know.

I eat anything, I’m just watching my calories at the moment.

There’s some evidence a ‘ketogenic’ diet can help schizophrenia, but it’s like the Atkins diet, so difficult to stay on.

Eat what you normally do. Pay attention to what you’re hungry for.

Was reading that diet. I’ll do some of the food ideas though and methods.

I just ate half a sandwich.

I just don’t drink grape fruit juice. I also don’t drink a lot of caffeine, I drink maybe two cups of coffee a day and spread them apart.

Yea I’m down to one coffee a day. And some juice. Some improvement. I’ll only drink natural juices.

I’ve had good luck with the ketogenic style diets, but they are very difficult to stay on (for me, at least). It never hurts to consult a dietician if you have access to one. Good luck.
