This is a pretty good self-documentary by a guy in England named Johnny Benjamin, about his own recovery process. Since he’s been on the road to recovery he’s become a real advocate for change in the mental health community and has been very active in social media. Good video. And he was able to come off medications, I believe, because of good therapy. My therapist sucks.
im curious where does he say he was able to come off meds? I’ve seen some of his videos truely an inspiration.
