Been invited for a 4 day workshop and recreational camp on wellness recovery etc. Trying to get organised to go as totally short notice. Nearest thing to a holiday since like for ever for me.

I scored 400 FREE vhs movies yesterday 
As old as they are, Iām finding ones I never seen and if I did, I donāt remember them.

Rice pudding is rather common in Scandinavia.
They cook it slowly with cinnamon stick in it.
Then theres ris ala malta .
Love it except for if cream is over whipped.
special Rice is boiled and mixed with whipped cream and vanilla and served with fresh orange pieces.
These dishes are extra common at xmas time.
And glƶgg. with ginger bread cookies.
and lucia buns and meatballs and more.

iāve posted some of my artwork on instagram and i appreciate that people like my workā¦ iāve promoted it on other websites as well but so far no buyers yet. i just have to accept the fact that not a lot of people are interested in buying art unless its useful or 3D etcā¦ i might have to try other styles or incorporate it in a craft formā¦ like iāve seen this popular artist make caricatures on pillows/ wood etcā¦ well Iāll just have to come up with something original and simple to makeā¦ but its really hard to think and do anything when ur medicated.
There seems to be quiet a few artists here.
Something made me stop being an artist. Cant remember what. I was so young.A young child.I never really got in to the passion n groove n flow after that. Not sure if it had to do with a woman i used to paint n draw with.I remember she asked if she could keep one of my paintings and then after that she might of moved away.I remember visiting her Mother in hospital with her. I remember she had dogs and a partner. Not sure if i was in my body in those days.
Rather luxurious feel that I got to buy healthy fruit with coyo and vegetables today as well as kombucha and few other things.
Healthy food.
