simple tasks seem impossible. I am hopeless. I am like dead. negative symptoms ruin my life.

Hang in there om …10 to 20 years going to change a lot…may be cure…we sure goona find effective medication that treats negative symptoms too…

Yes. It is difficult. Anyone who says it’s easy is just not aware of what’s really going on.
This is the thing. You have what you need to do what you have to do.
Frustration is like that kid in elementary school who would always say to people, “You can’t do that.” He was a meanie! Frustration sucks.
