I’ve just finished this book. I think it helped a bit. Got into the habit of melting in a chair in front of Netflix in the evenings after work and needed some help getting moving again. If nothing else, it got me to spend less time with Netflix.

I would like try this book. I have the right ideas and dreams on how to improve my life… But procrastinating makes it hard to reach these goals.
I’d take a look at that workbook but I’m busy procrastinating.
