If my bipolar dx is correct I don’t think this valid but I also have a sza dx and I think negative symptoms definitely affect me more !!!

On medication, I have mild negative and positive symptoms. Certain things 'such as intrusive thoughts have not gone away but delusions mainly have gone. Motivation and joy fluctuates on days.

On medication, I have some positive and negative symptoms. My positive symptoms are ideas of reference. My negative symptoms are social withdrawal, low motivation and apathy.

I voted negatives. I have a hard time with hygiene, dressing, and housework. Also social withdrawal, but, I don’t consider that a problem.
