It’s horrible the weight gain. I haven’t gained as much as you, but adding over 3 stone on when you were 9 1/2 stone is a lot.
I met a girl who was on Seroquel at the pharmacy the other day picking up my meds who had put on 8 stone in three years, I felt really bad for her. Sucks.
I remember when the pdoc put me on zyprexa he told me not to eat even I got hungry, I stopped taking the drug.
I’ve gained weight from every AP they put me on. I was starting to get seriously overweight. I’ve cut back on what I eat, and I walk back and forth in my room briskly for two hours a day - one hour in the morning and one hour in the evening. I’m not really dieting. I’m just cutting back on my worst eating habits. It’s been working because I have lost over twenty pounds. That might be a good approach for anyone to lose weight.
Im about 25kg over weight, i still remember the after my first depot injection in hospital asking for more food because it gave me mega munchies.
