Online dating

I’ve signed up… AGAIN… with a profile up and I hope this time I actually pluck up the courage to talk to someone or meet someone of there…

I once tried one online dating service, but I was kicked out for some reason, maybe they did not like my comments.

Good luck @anon80629714 - sounds like a positive step, just be cautious, online dating can be a bit risky

What site did you sign up for. I am just asking because I have thought about signing up to a site but just didn’t know which one would be good because I am on disability and all that. I tried nolongerlonely but that was mostly guys and there was nobody from my state on there. Another thing that keeps me from signing up is the money. Don’t most of them sites cost a lot of money to be a part of? I wish you the best of luck in looking for someone. Take care!

I’d try plenty of fish(most people) and or okcupid(better profiling). There are also apps like tindr but I never tried that. Those are all free.

Why don’t you kill two birds with one stone so to speak. You said you wanted to get out and travel a bit. Why not book a cruise or something. Take some time off. Find yourself a bit and pick up that rich husband you so muchly deserve.

it’s one of those asian dating sites my colleague recommended…

I was a bit manic then and I regret saying any of those things.

I know that but must of been some truth in it. When was your last decent holiday anyway?

Around 1.5 years ago…that’s not too long ago but I just felt suffocated. We’re going away as a family this march anyway so looking forward to that

Good luck…Maybe you’ll get married. You never know.

Online dating? I’ve met lots of people online. I met my current lady friend on tinder. I met my first on Craigslist lmao

Craigslist sounds pretty risky. Tindr is probably safe.

One time one of my friends was reading the male seeking male stuff… Haha it was pretty hilarious and at the same time pretty gross. Very forward stuff. Every third post was a dick pic. Having it read aloud was what made it funny.

Had a similar experience reading BBW posts…

But yeah I don’t think I’d ever want to meet anybody from craigslist in real life.

If they find out you’re sz they might kick you off the site.

I found my girlfriend on pof.com

I don’t think they can do that?

If it’s illegal they still might find a way. They might just make you so uncomfortable that you choose to leave. I wouldn’t let anyone know you’re sz until you have dated them a while, and even then I’d be careful.

I told my girlfriend straight up about my illness. I think that’s the only fair way to be, not arguing, that’s just what I did and how I see it.
