I was walking in the park and i wasnt mad. And i saw how the world is made. It was crazy. Passing cars riped my mind…passing people were like spirits. Thsts actually how it is but normally we dont see it.

Yes I have like a bad consistent paranoia,
It’s very difficult.
meds don’t help?
Not really only anti anxiety medication helps for me, I’m a weird case having a TBI and psychosis, no AP has helped me only one certain type of anxiety medication Ativan.
Is that how you developed your psychosis?
I take Ativan too and it’s really helpful for paranoia and anxiety.
