hi everyone thankyou for the support :blush:
I went there and a really nice man welcomed me in I sat in the corridor and could hear all the people talking in the building had a panic attack then I was met my a man who said my name .
he put me at ease and talked about my meds im on sertraline (which I think makes me anxious) Seroquel.
he said we have three options.

  1. switch from Seroquel to abilify.
  2. clozapine
  3. change my anti depressant.
    what im going to do I think is change the anti D whilst I have a think about it. got offered vaium if I chose abilfy whilst I withdraw.
