my psychiatrist wanted to try me on another anti psychotic med (seroquel) and i said no way lol, idk why he even offered it bc he knows i am doing ok on my current med apart from anxiety,

for the anxiety he said he couldn’t offer any therapy and offered to put me on a couple of anti depressants for anxiety, and he gave me a name of a charity to get in touch with (which doesnt even cover my area)

but i was given the number of a place in my area that may help with anxiety and things so i am going there tomorrow.

dont change your med daydreamer if you are feeling better, you are right :slight_smile: For the anxiety, idk, me I am very paranoid too…
