I take my meds at the exact same time everyday too. I think everyone should do this.

I also take my meds at the same times. 08:00 and 20:00. It is now 18:58 so almost time for my evening meds.

what happensif i take min at 8 and then i forget but never past like 9.30 - 10:00

I don’t think it will be train smash if if you are late by an hour or two.
When I get late I can really feel it sometimes, not with abilify though, since it has such a long half-life. Just at some point three days later I feel like my mind is slowly going to hell. I take both abilify and Seroquel Xr. Sometimes I get psychotic during the evenings, i typically have a bad half week then a good half week. Two nights ago was my bad day, sometimes it comes in the morning or at some other weird time. Sometimes it goes away without a prn. Sometimes I need 200mg Seroquel to pull me out of it. My med situation is complicated.
