I’ve been taking Omega 3 Fish oil for many years. I’ve been taking it for my mood and for arthritis. I didn’t know it helps with sz cognition. That is good to know. Thanks @Andrey.

With so much conflicting info even from experts it is hard to know what to do. Then there is the cost which can often be rather high . Ideally I want something that helps with both cognition and mood without being ultra expensive .

You can get high strength fish oil 330 epa 220 dha soft gels off of ebay. I take 3 capsules spread out through the day and have for years. I once read to get optimal health for mood you need about 1000mg a day. It works for me. Not too expensive if you buy in bulk.
