Just want to clarify something

that in india, and i’m guessing nepal too, it is custom to add “ben” after a women’s name or “bhai” after a guys name… dad and mum were not cruel enough to do it to mine… even the old man down the road calls his wife with her name and ben added. doesnt mean she’s his sis… :rage:

Thanks @anon40653964 dada

I think you’re becoming slightly manic ish. I’d book a doctor’s appointment to be on the safe side.

I’m not sure what to say though to make them take me serious though… lols

Simply say that you suspect it’s happening. They’ll ask you some questions and diagnose the situation.

as its not happening that often… maybe best to say i’m experiencing rapid highs and lows… but need help to identify them…

@anon80629714 the good thing about rapid cycling for me is that you don’t have enough time to get too high or too low, but you never know where you’re going to wind up when the ride ends, on a high or on a low. I’ve had times where I would go minutes but sometimes I started getting agitated or even angry. I really like hypomania better, but we don’t get to choose do we?
