I keep wondering if ITI-007 will treat my negative symptoms. Most probably just another letdown. The etiology of negative symptoms is still too poorly understood. Some say a “lazy” DLPFC (dorso-lateral prefrontal cortex) is to blame but there’s no definitive proof.
