My bipolar symptoms are back in full swing. I feel jacked up. I can’t stop shaking. I hate this feeling.

Why did you miss four days? You might want to be a little more careful about taking your meds in the future.

I kept forgetting to pick them up from the pharmacy and it’s closed Saturday and Sunday. I finally got some yesterday. I’m in rough shape. The pdoc is getting all my meds blister packed now.
