I have learned to put things AWAY

All the negativite thoughts and feelings that are present, should not be processed and simply need to be put away. If your inner scepticism doesn’t allow it, put that away also.

I had to learn to do that from a very young age. It is not a healthy long term coping mechanism. That stuff must be dealt with at some point. I am now so separated from my emotions I can’t even physically display them properly.

Maybe put away the negativity and paranoya and make some room for positive sides of you? :slight_smile:
