I did it again. I've been up all night long reading a book

I couldn’t sleep no matter how hard I tried. Even after taking six mg of melatonin I couldn’t sleep. It’s 4:30 am now and I’m still not really sleepy. Exhausted? Yes. Sleepy? No.
I called my pdoc last week about my occasional sleeplessness and he said for me to stay up all day long on days when I don’t get any sleep the night before. He said that is to set my “internal clock”. It seems to me that my clock is all screwy.

My sleep wasn’t the best. I was getting to sleep at 3am. But l-theanine has fixed that.

My sleep is all over the place too. Last night I woke up at 1:00 am. I’m fortunate that no one expects much of me during the day, so I can doze at day treatment.
