I am trying to go without Sarcosine

I will try 5 days without sarcosine to see if I notice a difference.

I am still having some mood swings

Some people have reported that it makes them irritable.

I have been experiencing horrible anger of intrusive thoughts.
Feels like something is bursting out of the nerves in my brain. I am so angry.

So I took 3 700 mg L Theanine and I was still angry. I want to know what is triggering it so I am trying to stop sarcosine, it could be it.

I believe sarcosine has no effect if you go without it or with it really in my experience. When I took it felt a little something like sugar rush for 20-30 minutes then gone. But that’s just my experience. You really can’t go off that

I personally could go with it or without out, but I personally won’t buy any anymore. Really don’t need it
