I understand what your saying man, maybe after seeing urologist things will improve and ill have an understanding on whats up. Its just a concern as its painful sometimes id consider getting it amputated. I have heard this is an effect of risperdal.
Also my other concerns are:
Eusictian tube dysfunction
Vision fog/zaps since abilify
Skin reaction
Tinnitus
I need to visit a doctor again soon about these other things going on
I stopped using remeron as it was making me fall on the floor and get tremors and stuff.

Yes so it says, these shrinkage things need to be FDA noted and be in the PIL.
What scares me is risperdal says can cause irrervesable damage to erectile tissue. I had ED till I took Abilify.
Okay that’s good man. I’m kind of overly exausted on the topic of dicks though so I’m taking a break from the conversation but I know you can go on and on about it.

Well when I get a diagnosis ill come to terms in time. I just want to make it aware for others I felt guilty about this happeneing to me. I know some other guys get this effect so my thoughts are with them.

Haha thanks, we dont know for sure what the outcome on my groin is. Maybe they can fix it a diagnosis is important on it. Tough thing is my tolerance is low to meds so sex meds may trigger more sides in me.
Maybe surgery will happen

Just joined this site and forum today, I know this thread is old, but I see it as my only real hope.
I am going crazy - have lost 50% length, now done to three inches when (if) erect. And now really small flaccid. I feel the meds are 100% responsible.
Is it possible to private message people on the forum? I would really like to speak with/ message @vampireeye and @Wallwalker1993 about my situation.
It is really affecting my life - confidence wrecking and having to life with numbness/ rubberiness is so uncomfortable that it dominates my daily life.
Please, please respond, even if it’s just to say hello. Doctors and CPN’s simply do not know or really want to know about this. I have a Urology appointment in 2 weeks, so want that to be taken seriously. Any information from you guys would be so welcome.

Yep dominates mine to left feeling in pain all the time. There is no cure for it really its probably for life to its messed up right.

Risperdal is also known as the “super limp-dick libido inhibitor” in certain scientific circles.
Perhaps it’s time to switch to a new med before your Johnson shrivels up and does not come back.

The good news is it’s temporary while you’re in the med. it takes some time to clear your system but it eventually goes away.

OK, thanks for these responses. It does seem people are divided on whether it’s permanent or not, but I’m going to go with hope and the positive comment that it’s temporary while you’re in the med. Having lived with it for years, I am pretty sceptical, but to be fair; I have been on anti-psychotic meds all that time. Any other positive stories are welcome. I see it looks like people are a bit tired of this thread, but for me it’s been a lifeline. Thanks to all who have commented.

With Viagra, I get as big as ever. Well, not quite, but I’ve put on about 50 pounds since before the crazy. I gotta say though, posting this took balls. Big ones.

Hi guys still suffering from these side effects. I only have one comfort from these side effects. I have chosen to give my life to Jesus. I’m not trying to stir anything up, don’t want any arguments this time. I just let you guys know that the free promise of Jesus Christ, is to get an new body and live in eternity. That’s my comfort and it’s all I have.
