I brought my guitar to play for my nephew and family and my sister and my brother in law smoked ribs chicken and hot links along with a variety of appetizers ranging from queso and chips to jalapeno poppers to bacon wrapped little smokies. she made her famous cowboy potatoes…zucchini, mushrooms, potatoes, onion and carrots broiled first then adding velveeta cheese to them another twenty minutes to eat…sorry so detailed but I wanted to share with you all we ate…for dessert she made a pecan pie cobbler with vanilla ice cream…so delicious !! we have leftovers too. can’t wait.
