Graphic view of mental illness

What does your mental illness look like in a graphic way?

Mine is at a stage of letting go and moving on (still overwhelmed after the winter depression), which is something like this. I tried to paint something similar myself, I still might but lotsa people had the same vision. This is a photo.

What about you?

(Please do not post anything triggering)

I am sorry =( are you at a new diagnosis ?
I felt like that around the first year of psychosis =(

I hope you can overcome this because it is not true.

@Rhubot First love your new tagline, LOL =) made me laugh out loud.

Second, what does the picture symbolize for you? Is it an edge of a cliff? :astonished:

Cold, alone, exposed, on the edge of a precipice, everything gray and faded.

Thank you! I’m doing pretty well right now, actually. But when I’m not, it’s like this.

what does it symbolize for you?

dream within a dream =)

The feeling of despair and desolation (because of the MDD) and the feeling of lack of concrete presence (because of the GAD).
