Anyone heard of the new craze? Apparently helps people with autism and anxiety and ADHD. But for schiz and bp?
I would be completely flabbergasted if such a silly thing worked for schizophrenia or bipolar.

I don’t mean cure or in place of meds. I’m just talking about it helping for example with concentration and anxiety symptoms in these illnesses.

schizos would need something way more trippy than that. a kaleidoscope would be better for a schizo
