Favourite Food

yeah I was talking to you. KFC was really good in UAE, where I used to live. There’s a big difference in the food over there and here. But I would try it in a fancy restaurant for sure.

My dad makes the best chicken wings. He used to own a Pizza Restaurant.

I don’t think I could do frog legs.

You ever eat chocolate covered ants or grasshoppers?

I would never eat insects. I just can’t. I can’t even step on insects. I’m afraid of grasshoppers, they jump and their look scares me to death.

I did eat ants a couple of times when I was little. My brother tricked me into eating them, telling me he’s gonna give me his change :grinning: But eating insects is great for the environment, very healthy and great alternative. There’s a restaurant in downtown montreal that specializes in insects. I don’t want to go in :scream:

Eating frogs is probably very weird. My mom used to make when I was little. It does taste great. But it is disgusting.

So you do have a limit then.

How about crawfish? They’re like freshwater shrimp.

Some Cajun places serve them.

man, I love eating crawfish…haha

yeah I would. I love seafood but the antennas kinda creep me out a little bit. Also raw shrimp creeps me a little bit. I always buy clean frozen packs. I don’t want to touch the ‘feet’

Yeah the idea of shrimp is weird(how I feel about most foods)

But cleaned and all that shrimp is pretty good. Having the tail on there is alright.

Ooooooooklohoma where the wind come sweeping down the plain.

Makes sense buddy.

I’m sure you’re gonna try eating frog legs someday

Yeah right.

What do they do with the rest of the frog?

I think I’ll stick with land animals. (Amphibians don’t count)

I did have swordfish once. Couldn’t turn that down.

I’ve ate a ton of frog legs before…I don’t miss em…haha

I have no idea. I don’t think I want to find out. Have you tried a duck?

I’m guessing at some point. That wouldn’t bother me so much.

Have you heard of turducken?

Chicken inside of a duck inside of a turkey?

I have yet to try that, but I think it’d be good.

My favorite cajun chef whom I have several of his cookbooks created turducken…I’ve always wanted to try that.

lol!! for real?! I didn’t like the duck, it was tough to chew. I tried it at the casino restaurant. I think my most favourite would be turkey? Have you had beef stroganoff?

Like 100 dollar meal right there at cheapest.

We should have a festivus with crimby and dr zen

Split the cost

Also most likely. I don’t keep track of these things very well.

I’ve had various combinations of beef and mushrooms. Pastas and burgers.

you live close to Dr. Zen…I’ve met him in real life and he’s a great guy. I would love that…I live close to crimby but he’s not having it…I wish I could meet him.

Turkey can be a little dry.

I bet a properly marinated and slow cooked duck could turn out pretty well.

Was it because it was dry? Or just tough in general?

Turkey has a tendency to be dry, when cooked right it’s the best.
