Yes i always have problem relating to hearing…cuz brain iz having faulty connection …!!! When they gonna come out with solution…

I did some reading on supplements to support mylenation, and probably not surprisingly, it is things like vitamin D, B vitamins, DHA fatty acids, choline, and other vitamins and minerals like iron, zinc, iodine (not mega doses, amounts so you are not deficient, like a multivitamin) phosphydatylserine, and pregnenolone.

Also melatonin, sleep, exercise, learning new things.

Apparently some studies show low levels of vitamin D are more common before the onset of diseases like MS and sz. Not that vitamin D deficiency is the whole cause, but it’s been implicated before. Prenatal vitamin D deficiency is a risk factor too.

Another was thyroid hormone, ie normal levels are necessary to create myelin.
