Fast Mimicking Diet (FMD)

I read a article today in the telegraph about the Fast Mimicking Diet and it’s possibility as a treatment option for MS.

I was wondering, what impact would it have on a schizophrenic? Especially if it’s caused by a faulty immune response and inflammation.

I once heard about a gentleman who beat sz through his diet. Sorry I can’t remember the name, a friend of mine told me about him one day. He ate like super healthy, did exercise, yoga etc. And snap, it worked.

Everyone’s body and mind is different though, I suppose.

Yes, a friend of mine’s cat’s vet who has a house cleaner told her friend that she heard of someone who beat schizophrenia by using magic.

As for what a calorie restricted diet does for someone with schizophrenia, I can actually tell you: it makes you a bit more tired and a bit more hungry. I’m on 1750 calories a day now.

Yes my uncles, brothers, sister!

But I wonder why when I become really anxious or stressed to the point of not being able to eat properly I have reduced symptoms for a few weeks after.

Don’t knock the diet thing!

Anyone know the effect that fasting would have instead of dieting?

Like Ramadan!
