Do you meds give you nightmares or not?
Mine were bad on certain meds but seem to be fine on zyprexa?

I have been plagued with nightmares all my life,due to my horrific life. Meds or no meds, same difference.
Going off meds gives me nightmares.
Ptsd anxiety has been flaring up e v e r y night for the past week or so, really a pain as I have to take a benzo every night and I’m gaining tolerance. So last night I went without one, it was pretty ok only for me to fall asleep to nightmares of being back in my old house hunted by evil things and uncomfortably realistic ones of being raped by family members.
I thought a certain med was giving me nightmares but when I took the same one again later I didn’t have the nightmares. I had a reoccurring nightmare of being eaten alive by dinosaurs every night for a long time like every night for approximately 8 months.
I don’t have nightmares more often than normal. I’m on 10mg abilify, and 40mg celexa.
Seroquel gave me horrible dreams
