I have this problem every day and I’m having trouble stopping them.
What do you mean? Do you mean they talk to each other in your head?
No… They have been using my head, mouth and body to talk too them selves.I have no control over it and it’s like I’m in my own head without any control of my body. It’s been truly just been one voice now since I’ve got them down to one voice by talking to them down to only be using one voice instead. This has been extremely bizar and upsetting to me.
I didn’t know any other way to describe it. That happens to me but rarely
