Early detection of High Risk Individuals and diagnosis during prodromal or even better during premorbid phases, before psychotic transition is a decisive game changing stake because it would drastically improves the prognosis. But the very lack of tools&tests limit the diagnosis to the DSM procedure, mostly too late when first delusional episode is on. Some promising studies investigate biomarkers and eyetracking signature that may help pdoc in early diagnosis.
