Welcome to the forum Erratica. I don’t have any advice on this, just wanted to welcome you and show you some support on opening up to someone about your paranoia.
I have also switched from Olanzapine to Abilify. I was on 15mg of Abilify for a while but then the paranoia started again and my psychiatrist increased my dosage to 30mg per day. Maybe you should speak to your pdoc again so that he can try and get the right meds for you. It’s been trial and error for lots of us to get on the best meds that suits the individual’s needs.
