what is your most favourite cheese? I’d say mine is Boursin with garlic at this point. Really love it. I also really like Halloumi, has anybody had that? It’s really good when grilled.
Parmiggiano!
Kerrygold Dubliner! It’s somewhere between a parmigiano-reggiano and an aged white cheddar. It has these excellent little crunchy crystally things in it. It tastes like it knows a secret. (they also make really good butter.)
I’m a bit of a sucker for blue cheese… I also like brie…
On a sandwich I like pepper jack or provolone…or some fresh mozzarella. With crackers I’m not sure what its called… Maybe it’s brie
I’m a big fan of brie and bleu cheese but when I want cheese and crackers it’s habenero monterey jack cheese.
My dad introduced me to Havarti about 8 years ago. I love the the stuff but its expensive so I rarely get it. I treat myself every now and then. But I ordered groceries online and I have some pepper jack coming later today. Bleu cheese is good in scrambled eggs.
bleu cheese is also good melted on hamburgers !!
Yes!!! Or in a Cobb salad.
I don’t have a favorite, I love all kinds of cheese.
I’m not a big fan of Swiss cheese.
Someone say cheese…

Delish! I make excellent chicken kiev with chardonnay, it’s very similar to cordon bleu.
When I worked in a restauraunt in ate all the boursin cheese… now I wanna throw up when I look at it. There was boxes of it though.
as for my favorite cheese. Gorganzola. T-Bone steak w/ AI bold and spicey sauce (w. tobasco), sauteed onions and garlic, gorganzola cheese and asperigas… With a tall glass of sweet red wine… and a fat cigar!
that sounds heavenly. what kind of job did you do in the restaurant? I haven’t smoked in a long time.
Ahhh I was in an apprenticeship program for college. Nothing special.
