i think it is extremly low dose

many pdoc prescripe it although it is extremly low dose

I have to take 400 mg of Seroquel at bedtime, but my dose is 550 mg/day. Thus 150 mg is PRN (as needed), so sometimes I take 50 mg.
Are you taking another anti-psychotic? I ask because 25 mg of Seroquel is much lower than the therapeutic dose. However, your pdoc may be prescribing it off-label for anxiety.
I used to take 25 mg for sleep for a few years, now at 75-100 mg due to noisy neighbors.

I take 25 mg seroquel along with 3 mg respridal…
I was on 25 mg seroquel for sleep, but after some time they bumped me up 25mg at a time up to 125 for sleep and an extra 25 if I was very anxious. I believe the lower doses are more for sleep and sedation and the higher doses are to be used as an AP.

Seroquel did nothing for me when I was on it for psychosis. It made me sleepy at the start, but stopped.
How high was your dosage?
Started at 50 mg, ended up on 600 mg a day.
