Have you ever felt you’re on tv or online, had people harass me like I was. I think intrusive thoughts and visualize things I do not want to. Can people see these things too?
When i first became ill., i was in a psych ward and thought the tv in there was talking about me or was going to call me names. Not far from what yoy are experiencing.my intrusive thoughts are still around. Deal with voices at night though.

A med adjustment fixed that for me
He had to give me a second AP
There is still some resiual but much happier now.
People can’t hear or see your thoughts.
You can google yourself to see what is online about you.
I don’t want to know what’s online about me
