Has anybody tried Glysine?
I notice a huge improvement on Sarcosine. I have been taking Omega 3 for 2-3 months now everyday.
I also take L Theanine, B complex, Vitamin D.

In the winter a lot of malls sell warm mists or sprays that smell like vanilla frost or florals with spice. I think aroma therapy can be a good option.
