I think h made my anhedonia way worse. Nothing seems to satisfy. I spend all day trapped in my head thinking. But itās better than using. Donāt have to worry about how Iām getting it or whatever

When I stopped using,
I used those adult coloring books a lot, and it helped.
I wanted to paint or write, but just didnāt have the energy or creative brain function,
It was a sucky time,
However, it did fade and I started getting back to normalish after a couple months.
Congratulations. If youāre bored try to find activities you enjoy or are meaningful such as hobbies, meetings, groups, movies, books, volunteering, healthy snacks etc.
